More Projects: Backsplash & Floors!

Brad and his dad have been feverishly working every Saturday around here to try and get some projects done before Baby makes his appearance.  Goals of things to get done before Baby: install kitchen backsplash, refinished bedroom hardwood floors, and redo the main bathroom.  

Well, they're doing really well and so far we they have: installed the kitchen backsplash, set up the baby's crib, built and installed a closet organizer in the baby's room, AND put new closet doors on in the baby's room.  Brad's dad, Randy, is A-MAZING, and we are so thankful and blessed to have him helping us get all these projects done!

We can't take credit for the fact that the bedrooms all have shiny, newly finished hardwood floors - we hired out for that job!  The one thing we haven't finished is the bathroom.... and it's not looking great.  The two quotes we got back were both MUCH higher than what we were hoping to spend.  So we're on a standstill for now.
