It's amazing how God knew just the right time to bless us with Bennett. Christmas this year was tough without my mom, but I cannot imagine how much more difficult it would have been without Bennett. He is so sweet, silly, and fun, and he just makes us all feel happy! We had such a fun time visiting both of our families over Christmas break. We spent the few days before Christmas and Christmas Eve with Brad's family in Oostburg, and then we spent Christmas morning at my brother and sister-in-law's house in Green Bay. Bennett got lots of gifts, but he wasn't really keen on unwrapping this year. He will probably appreciate it all a lot more next year. He did enjoy all of the attention and love, though!
