Halloween!

For Halloween again this year we had friends come over and join us in Trick-or-Treating.  It's way more fun that way.  Brookfield does Halloween on October 31, from 5-7:30pm.  We made it from about 5:30pm-7pm.  The moms took the kids out while the dads stayed behind and passed out candy!  Maya and Bennett loved it, and everyone else was a bit indifferent. :)  Eleanor like it until it started getting cold and dark, then we dropped her (and baby Addie) off at home and went longer with the big kids.

Ben was really into it this year.  He loved walking with the big kids, and got so excited to get candy each time.  He did a really good job saying thank you, too!  Eleanor did well too.  She rode in the stroller up to each house, then walked.  She said "Twick oh tweeting!" at each door and "thank you!" at the end.  She was sneaking though and kept eating some of her candy on the walk between houses. :)

We went trick or treating at the zoo this year too, a couple weekends ago, which was pretty fun. :)
