Our "Moat" (AKA City Water Hookup!)

We had the hole for a week because of permit issues...

Dining room paneling - now you see it...

...Now you don't!

Family room before...

And AFTER...well we're not really done here yet. But the walls were wallpaper on top of paneling that had been painted - pretty nasty stuff. Carpet was smelly and gross. We're in the middle of re-doing the entire room. Patio door and new windows are ordered...recessed lighting has been installed, dry-wall coming soon!
