We Have Walls! And a Floor!

So another Saturday was spent working at the Gabrielse house. Mr. G, Brad, Cory, Rob and Jason worked on putting up drywall in the family room. Two weeks ago they finished the insulating. Now it's finally not freezing in our house!!! Mudding and flooring still to come in the family room...but it's getting there! The only downfall was that Missy came over and helped me clean the house while the boys worked, but then I woke up this morning to find a settled layer of dust on EVERYTHING from drywalling! Boo! I might as well just not even try, because nothing stays clean around here long with all this construction!

In other news, our tile came in for the half bath and our tile guy came and put the flooring in on Friday/Saturday! It looks beautiful! This was good news, because this past week we got a call that after waiting three weeks for tile to come in, our order was backordered with no ETA! So we went in and picked out new IN STOCK tile, just to get a call the next day that our original tile was actually in now. :) Monday the plumber comes to put in the toilet and sink, so hopefully the half-bath will be up and running in no time. I can't wait!!!

We are also loving having our furniture! It's nice to be able to spread out and relax. (see two posts ago for pics!)
