We celebrated Ben's birthday with our families on Sunday, April 23. We had a hard time picking a theme because he's all over the place with interests lately, but he decided on Octonauts. We had one or two Octonaut things but otherwise just blue and orange so it was easy enough! He had such a fun time at his party and LOVED all of the attention being on him for a day. It was beautiful outside so he was able to play with lots of his new outdoor toys right away! He is really seeming more like a little boy and less like a toddler. He's super into sports now, which is fun for Brad! He got baseball bases, soccer goals, and a soccer ball for his birthday! He also LOVED his PJ Mask capes and he got the pogo stick he'd been asking for! Haha! :)
We had a fish as the centerpiece since we were "fish sitting" Mason's fish for the weekend!
He was very fun to watch open gifts. He knew to do the card first, and would try to guess who each gift was from first. His excitement at the gifts was really fun to see! :)
This fun (*scary? haha) jeep was given to us by Ben's old babysitter because her daughters outgrew it. Brad's parents held onto it until this year to give it to him. He LOVES it but it's a little dangerous, lol. He doesn't really watch where he's going. It's a toy he can only do when Daddy is home!
