Melanie's Baby Shower!

A couple of weeks ago, we threw a baby shower for our friend, Melanie!  Dan and Melanie aren't finding out if the baby is a boy or girl, so we went with a neutral theme.  We also invited all the boys to hang out with us, so we had a "BaByQ!"  Basically the boys played bags while the girls talked, then we all ate tons of delicious barbeque, then the couple opened gifts and we had dessert and talked some more.  It was a fun night!  Everyone ended up getting babysitters for their kids, even though kids were invited.  It made for a fun, relaxing adult night, which is much less stressful than trying to keep all the babies happy! :)

The best part was that our friends Alec & Laurel came into town for the shower.  Cooper and Bennett were excited because their friends Josie and Brie came along.
