Thankful!

We did a lot of traveling this Thanksgiving, as is the norm for us.  But we love that we are able to see both of our families for each holiday, even if it means cramming our van full with every kid thing possible.  :)  And I kind of stunk at taking pictures unfortunately! Boo!

On Wednesday after naps we headed up to Oostburg to see Brad's family.  We went to church with them on Thanksgiving morning and then had a big lunch with his family, Grandma, and uncle and aunt.  Eleanor slept through lunch and Bennett didn't eat much other than Grandma's jello fluff. :)  But the meal was delicious and we were happy to see everyone.  Eleanor was a little fussy that day because she was constipated and is going through a separation anxiety stage.

Thursday night we drove to Green Bay to catch the Packer game (boo! horrible game!).  Friday included some shopping at Target, making another delicious Thanksgiving meal, and relaxing in their hot tub.  We were happy that Pete was able to join us for dinner too!  We loved getting to snuggle baby Lincoln, who is a month old already!  Eleanor loved just looking at him.  Both kids thoroughly enjoyed trying to catch and pet Calvin (their dog) and Colonel Mustard (their cat).

We all take turns entertaining the kids when we're together.  Brad is probably the best at it, and seems to enjoy it a lot too. :)

Sleeping baby!

Eleanor's BFF.

Pete came to Thanksgiving - so nice to see him!

On Saturday we left bright and early to make it back to Milwaukee so the kids could nap before our family pictures at a tree farm.  That ended up being a disaster because it was cold and Eleanor was super fussy and clingy to me because she was so cold.  But it was nice to be home in time for Sunday to go to church and have a relaxing family day. :)  And the actual pictures we got back weren't half bad!
