Quite the Weekend...

We had a pretty busy weekend!  Randy came down and worked on the family room on Friday.  He got the shelves installed and did some paint touch-ups.  It's looking great!!!  Then Friday night we had the wedding reception for my friend & co-worker's wedding.  Carrie & Joe were married April 7 in Antigua, which we weren't able to attend.  But we were so excited to celebrate with them on Friday.  We had a blast and they are an amazing couple!

Saturday my mom came down to finally meet Cooper!  It was love at first sight on both ends.  We also spent some time Saturday at Petco, where we got to see a hamster race!  Fun!  We went out to lunch and got last minute tickets for the Bucks' playoff game on Saturday night (thanks Jud & Jess!).  The game was super fun and of course, they won, so that was great too!  Sunday we pretty much just hung around the house after church and really we mostly just all sit on the floor and gush over Cooper.  We don't let him on the furniture, so now everyone pretty much sits on the floor all the time. :)

Out to lunch at Fuddruckers!

Hamster races!!!

Bucks game!  Fear the Deer!

Mom & Cooper <3

Speaking of Cooper, he's still kinda sassy with chewing sometimes, but I'm really impressed with how quickly he's caught on to most things: down, sit, lay down, stay, and go potty.  Plus tonight he went into his crate all by himself.  We weren't even going to put him to bed yet!  I'll update more on Cooper Wednesday after his second vet appointment...And Tuesday is his three month birthday!  He's getting so big soooooo quickly!  Seriously.  At his first vet appointment he was 6.4 pounds, and I'm pretty sure he's double that now.  Puppies grow so fast!  But we're looking forward to when he's a calm and relaxed adult dog and we can do more with him.

Alright, enough time spent making my dog sound like a human baby.  Night all!
